Librarian by day, grad school student by night.
I tell you these things so that I can be clear: I am not a fitness guru nor a model of nutritional health. On any given day, I can be seen predictably ordering the burger with extra fries over a salad.
I am simply someone who is busy and stressed like almost every I know but I refuse to let myself spiral into inertia. If I can successfully find ways to incorporate effective workouts and the occasional inspired healthy cooking into my schedule, than ANYONE really and truly can as well.
